The primary purpose of this position is to: Serve as a senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Classification) in the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) with responsibility for planning, developing, and carrying out the full range of position classification and position management advisory services for civilian positions across the Air Force (AF).
What You'll Do
- →Provides position classification services involving complex and controversial classification issues for civilian positions across the Air Force (AF) Provides position management advisory services in dealing with difficult, complex, and often controversial position management issues Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects Prepares written correspondence and other documentation
