The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Principal ACC strategic advisor to combatant commanders, HQ USAF, AFPC, Field Operating Agencies (FOA), Direct Reporting Units (DRU), other MAJCOMs and more than 50 wing and Numbered Air Force (NAF) commanders and Headquarters Staff Directors for crafting and implementation of total force across ACC.
What You'll Do
- →Gives executive level direction to staff and advises the A1K and A1 on the feasibility of actions proposed or directed to resolve pressing operational or functional problems.
- →Leads and/or oversees the planning, preparation, management, and execution of a broad and diverse spectrum of programs, responsibilities and activities for nine developmental programs.
- →Leads or participates in strategic planning events, conducts special studies/projects, and performs data analysis on force development and training programs.
- →Serves as supervisor over two enlisted and one civilian employee.
