You will serve as the Director, Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) for Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command (CNSWC), principal advisor to the Commander on matters pertaining to civilian human resources (HR) and you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Command HR program. What You'll Do
- →You will serve as member of the CNSWC management team and participate In all major planning decisions involving mission requirements and their impact on the civilian workforce.
- →You will provide the Commander with a view of how major planning decisions impacting mission requirements may affect the civilian workforce In the civilian personnel arena, creating a total picture for the Command on civilian HR management.
- →You will serve as the CNSWC Human Resources Director (HRD), responsible for planning, delivery and oversight of a full range of strategic and tactical operational human resources services for CNSWC.
- →You will serve Naval Special Operations Forces who conducts Unconventional and Irregular Warfare, Foreign Internal Defense, Counterterrorism, Counter Proliferation, Direct Action and Special Reconnaissance to support overseas contingency operations.
- →You will directly support the Department of Defense (DOD) mission to provide special operations forces needed to deter war and protect the security of our country.
- →You will work closely with the Director Equal Employment Opportunity (DEEO) to ensure EEO is fully Integrated into HR programs, processes and operations.
- →You will collaborate with the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) on Department of the Navy (DON) HR issues to propose, develop, and advance appropriate legislative, regulatory and policy initiatives, processes and DON-wide HR improvements.
- →You will participate in HR quality-based command management assessments to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of HR programs and services throughout the Command.
- →You will communicate directly with the Director, Acquisition Career Management (DACM) Office in developing and implementing program administration criteria, processes, and requirements governing the DAWIA program.
