This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Human Resources. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Bureau's human resources management (HR) program, its HR program operations, and the integration of the HR initiatives into, and in support of, the overall BEP resource management program for both (Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX) facilities.
What You'll Do
- →As a Human Resources Officer, you will: Exercise full administrative authority for employees assigned to the Office, including subordinate supervisors, in accomplishing objectives and fulfilling program demands.
- →Participate in operational planning with top level management to determine the effect of proposed changes to the human resources management programs.
- →Serve as advisor to Senior executives, managers and supervisors, and provides guidance and assistance to supervisors and employees on all areas of human resources management regulations, policies and laws.
- →Analyze and evaluate workforce plans, employment trends, budget development and implementation, complex-wide studies and human capital management assessment tools and programs.

- ✓Undergo a tax compliance review.
- ✓If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
