The primary purpose of this position is: To provide comprehensive development services in support of the centrally managed leadership and management development programs. This position will provide direct support and management advisory services to the Career Field Teams.
What You'll Do
- →Carries out various assignments affecting a wide range of human resources issues associated with civilian career development activities. 2.
- →Arranges, directs, or administers training programs, coordinates instructors, etc. 3.
- →Informs and/or advises employees, management, and Career Field Teams (CFT) about training to include benefits, entitlements, and any obligations associated with training attendance, and responsibilities and procedures outlined in applicable regulations. 4.
- →Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates training given to employees and or training programs to assess quality and effectiveness.
