This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), Personnel Services Division (PSD), and serves as a subject matter expert in the area of recruitment and placement services, the WHS Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) program manager, and the quality control expert for PSD recruit actions.
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as an HR expert and senior HR advisor to management for recruitment and placement (R&P) and delegated examining programs; emerging initiatives, strategic workforce planning and evaluation, and establishing the long term HRM programs, goals, and objectives for the OSW and WHS.
- →Serves as the agency's principal expert on Delegated Examining (DE) operations as the WHS-HRD DEU program manager.
- →Adapts broad OPM and USW (P&R) directives, policies, and regulations for implementation.
