THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA) This position is part of the IN JFHQ IN HR, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number PD# T5032P01. What You'll Do
- →Advises and supports State managers, supervisors, and the Human Resources Officer on recruitment and placement matters for a variety of professional, administrative, technical, and clerical occupations.
- →Provides oversight and expertise to ensure candidate eligibility determinations are within program and policy standards.
- →Administers and provides oversight for the use of special employment programs (e.g., Upward Mobility, or DoD Priority Referral System) to ensure the continuance of a balanced placement program.
- →Develops, coordinates, and maintains state plans/guidance.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.

- ✓To receive credit for Education, you must provide transcripts or documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
- ✓You may combine education with specialized experience to meet the length of experience requirement for GS-11.
- ✓Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the line of work.
