The Primary Purpose of the Position is: To Lead and perform hospital housekeeping duties. The Organizational Location of the Position is: Environmental Management Service, VA North Texas Health Care System.
What You'll Do
- →Duties may include but are not limited to: Lead employees in performing work while he/she performs the full range of housekeeping tasks required to maintain the Medical Center in a aesthetic and aseptic condition.
- →Passes on instructions from the supervisor to the employees and checks work to verify the work was completed.
- →Works with the employees, sets the pace, demonstrates methods and techniques, obtains supplies and equipment while answering questions and making sure all tasks are complete and deadlines are met.
- →Reports to the supervisor the status and progress of work, any infractions of policies and procedures, and assures safety rules are followed.
- →Work Schedule: Mon-Sun 7:00am - 3:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:30pm.
- →Weekends and Rotating Holidays.
