What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: To manage and control all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management by utilizing the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS).
- →Authenticates and publishes aeronautical orders, validates entitlement pays, verifies physical and physiological requirements and determines suspensions, disqualifications, revalidation, and requalification for rated/ non-rated aircrew, and parachutist.
- →DUTIES Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management.
- →Interprets and administers laws and regulations regarding entitlement incentive pay.
- →Researches, validates, and interprets Air Force Instruction (AFI) Mission Design Series (MDS) specific medical and physiological requirements and flying and ground training requirements.
- →Substantiates personnel listings, determines position status and performs a wide-range of administrative duties.
- →Inputs, updates, and retrieves aircrew data using Air Force Aviation Resource Management Systems at the squadron level.
