About the Position: This position is located with Evans Army Community Hospital, Directorate of Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology Services, at Fort Carson, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Perform diagnostic and treatment support procedures for the medical care of patients with injuries, disorders and diseases of the ear, nose and throat.
- →Provide customer service by responding to or forwarding calls and/or injuries in a timely manner.
- →Assist in pre-operative care of patients.
- →Use automated systems to register and schedule patient appointments.
