About the Role
About the Position: This position is located in the Occupational Medicine department of the U.S. Naval Branch Health Clinic, Atsugi, Japan. Incumbent is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health services to all eligible beneficiaries in the area of responsibility of the clinic. Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) and payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are NOT authorized for this position. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide patient screening to obtain medical and occupational history.
- →Perform various medical screenings, such as vision, vital signs, spirometry, audiometry, and electrocardiograms (EKGs).
- →Maintain medical records in accordance with applicable directives.
- →Review medical records and tests to provide accurate counseling to patients regarding their results.
- →Facilitate the safe and effective operation of medical equipment and contributes to a safe working environment.
- →Provide administrative support such as patient scheduling and coordination of physical exams.
