About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Tennessee. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the proponent for the customer service and hospitality training program.
- →Assists patients, their families, and facility staff members in recognizing barriers to the provision of health care to patients.
- →Interprets mission, policies, procedures and available resources and services to the customer/patient.
- →Plans, develop, and conduct briefings for various patients, staff, and community groups.
- →Presents problems, opinions, and needs to appropriate staff and management.
- →Maintains a database and run required reports as needed.
- →Assists patients in understanding their rights in addition to their responsibilities.
