What You'll Do
- →As a Health Attache-Mexico, you will: Represent, monitor and coordinate the policy, program, and research interests of HHS and, as necessary and appropriate, coordinates HHS activities with those of other USG agencies engaged in health, health-related and social policy activities, including, but not limited to, the U.S.
- →Departments of State (DOS), Defense (DoD), Agriculture (USDA), and Commerce (DOC); the U.S.
- →Agency for International Development (USAID); the U.S.
- →Trade Representative's Office (USTR); the U.S.
- →Trade and Development Agency (USTDA); and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
- →Develop and maintain strong linkages with the scientific community of the host country, particularly with scientists who are involved in cooperative activities with U.S.
- →Federal agencies, U.S. academic institutions and the U.S. biomedical and behavioral research community.
