About the Role: We are building a modern legal operation powered by AI and technology-first workflows. We are hiring a Founding Paralegal to support high-volume contracting and operational functions across a growing commercial client base. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable operating at the intersection of law, operations, technology, and administrative support. You will handle day-to-day contract review and execution while actively supporting the broader operational needs of the team. This is a hands-on startup role where speed, adaptability, and ownership matter. You will not just provide traditional paralegal support—you will help shape how legal and operational work is done.
