About the Position: This position is located within the Clinical Support Nutrition Care Food Production and Services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell, Tennessee. The Food Service Worker prepares and arranges high quality foods to order for inpatient services.
What You'll Do
- →Delivers trays to patients within the 30 minute delivery schedule as posted on the menus.
- →Prepares and arranges food and beverage items (both hot and cold) for service, based on diet orders.
- →Records and retrieves recipes, menus, and inventory data.
- →Conducts final checks of diet trays and orders.
