About the Position: This position is located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Working environment includes kitchen as well as both front and back of house. This position requires Shift Work. Incumbent will supervise a shift to feed military members and patients, along with their family members. Incumbent must have ability to lead others in accomplishing goals and strengthening skills.
What You'll Do
- →Assemble patient trays in a manner that makes them appealing to patients.
- →Pick up trays, unloading and Pick up trays, stacks dishes and utensils for washing, cleans and readies cart for next meal.
- →Interpret diet orders and verifies patients' diet order.
- →Cook or re-heat a variety of simple hot foods that require grilling, and use of the oven or microwave cooking.
- →Provide patients with basic dietary information.
