Food Service Worker position for the Dietary Department at Whiteriver Indian Hospital in Whiteriver, AZ. The incumbent is responsible for performing checks on tray setups, simple food preparation, cleaning and maintains duties. The incumbent will report to the Supervisory Dietitian. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Perform food service duties requiring knowledge and application of special food service procedures for patients on special and regular diets.
- →Assist in the delivery and return of food trays and carts to and from patient rooms.
- →Complete accountability documentation at end of the meal period.
- →Use and clean a variety of tools, utensils, and equipment.
- →Stock supplies in a commercial kitchen.
Requirements
- ✓Selectee may be subject to a probationary period ESEP appointees typically serve a two year trial period U.S.
- ✓Citizenship is required Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959 This is a designated position covered by Public Law 101-630, requiring contact or control over Indian children.
