The primary purpose for the establishment of this job is to perform all or a variety of food and service work as well as cashier duties. WE ARE HIRING AT TWO SEPARATE LOCATIONS AS FOLLOWS: The CPO McFaul Club Eagle Haven Golf/ PUB 19 Club
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for preparing items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, bacon, tuna salad, cookies, and other food items as required in the daily routine of operating a fast food snack bar operation.
- →Ensures proper portion control.
- →Responsible for preparing a variety of meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces, gravies, and deserts using standard recipes and instructions from product labels.
- →Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in food preparation for items such as vegetables and fruits used for salads and desserts for catered events.
- →Responsible for keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and able to pass required health and safety inspections at all times.
- →May be responsible to operate a cash register, collect. money, and prepare necessary documentation for cash funds accountability. 90% Responsible for assisting with catering events including food preparation, setting up, plating and serving of food, removing dirty dishes from the tables, and break down after the events. 10% Performs other related duties as assigned.
