This position is part of the Haskell Indian Nations University, Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to the dining facility and assisting with serving food and routine cleaning after each meal.
What You'll Do
- →As a Food Service Worker WG-7408-2, your typical work assignments may include the following under supervision: Prepare and assist in the preparation of variety of hot and cold foods.
- →Convey food and supplies from various food service areas by carrying or utilizing a mobile cart.
- →Prep and set up food service area under detailed instructions and in accordance with specific area needs.
- →Clean, remove parts, and reassemble equipment and recognizes obvious wear or need for repairs.
- →Load, unload, and clean food carts and food warmers.
- →Assist in stacking food or subsistence items in the storeroom and places supplies in proper storage.
