You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, WORKFORCE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE of OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.
What You'll Do
- →You will assist in the performance of functions such as: formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
- →You will research guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and prepares summaries for use by higher-graded analysts.
- →You will prepare preliminary budget estimates, financial reviews, etc. for a few relatively stable programs or program support activities.
- →You will, under the guidance of higher-graded analysts or supervisor, perform managerial or administrative work related to accounting systems.
- →You will, under the guidance of higher-graded analysts or supervisor, perform work related to analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the management and control of resources or funds.
- →You will, under the guidance of higher-graded analysts or supervisor, perform work related to tracking and control of funds for special programs.
- →You will, under the guidance of higher-graded analysts or supervisor, perform work related to analytical or program work pertaining to payroll, cash control, or benefit systems.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
