This position is being filled under DoD Modified Direct Hire Authority, PL 118-31, Sec 1250B(i)(2), 12/22/2023 Develops C4/Cyber capability requirements and execute capability development responsibilities, and facilitate on behalf of the Joint Force to deliver a sustained information advantage; enable decision and action at the speed of the problem; and ensure the warfighter receives jointly integrated and effective capabilities necessary to conduct operations
What You'll Do
- →Develops and recommends strategic alternatives for integration of significant considerations within mission, management and resources objectives; develops and directs implementation of realistic and responsive policies and ensures their inclusion into all pertinent Stakeholders and other higher authority planning efforts.
- →Reviews existing procurement contracting strategies and formulates a business approach to maximize the efficiency of the procurement activity.
