What You'll Do
- →Attend formal meetings and briefings to provide information and discuss in detail all construction and related events.
- →Apply fundamental knowledge and application of multi-engineering disciplines and construction techniques, including those deviating from standard engineering practices.
- →Provide recommendations to the commander on facility-related priorities and prepare justification correspondence to higher Head Quarters.
- →Implement and manage requirements for preventative maintenance programs and service contracts.
- →Performs engineering studies to determine utilization of space, program budgeting , and life cycles of equipment and components.
- →Advises on the practicability of building additions, available infrastructures and utilities.
- →Prepare correspondence for all actions requiring funding approval.
- →Coordinate with program managers regarding the basic contents to be included in designs, and quality assurance surveillance plans.
