The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Barnes Center for Enlisted Education (BCEE)Campus Facility and Property Program Manager responsible for disparate professional military education facilities, with complexity and variant instructional requirements. Supports 12 units total with 6geographically separated with a total of 360,445 square feet.
What You'll Do
- →Directs all work requirements and complex projects for a wide variety of disparate campus buildings, indoor and outdoor, and at various geographic locations.
- →Oversees facility and property management resources including personnel, service contracts, space utilization, and information resources.
- →Representative for the BCEE on a variety of campus facility and property management issues and tasks.
- →BCEE campus facilities and property procurement, maintenance and contracting manager.
- →Implements and evaluates programs to manage safety risks, fire safety risks, facility response to emergencies, and to manage risks associated with physical security, hazardous materials, and waste.
