This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command.
What You'll Do
- →As a EXECUTIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST at the GS-0301-11 some of your typical work assignments may include: Provide executive level administrative support, and execute Action Officer responsibilities for a wide range of directorate programs, tasks, and requirements.
- →Execute special projects to include collecting and analyzing data, developing Courses of Action; and preparing reports for data-driven decision-making.
- →Prepare budget estimates based on historical information and long-range plans, including financial requirements for travel, transportation, contracts, supplies, and equipment.
- →Develop the directorate budget in support of requirements, coordinate with Resource Analysts to track and report obligations and expenditures, manage spend plans, and develop annual Budget Estimate Submissions.
- →Manage internal operations to include prioritizing requirements, collaborating with functional areas across the Command, developing processes and procedures, and providing policy guidance in support of administrative and operational requirements.
- →Advise and assist leadership with assessing, managing, and executing military and civilian staffing and manpower requirements.

- ✓Department of Education accredited colleges, universities, schools, or institutions listing your name, the name of the school, the date and degree awarded, and the list of classes and credits earned are acceptable for the application process.
- ✓If selected, official transcripts are required before a firm job offer is made.
- ✓A photocopy of your degree/diploma is not acceptable.
- ✓When relying on foreign education, submit transcripts and a copy of the equivalency evaluation results letter with a course-by-course listing.
- ✓Documents must be in English or include an English translation.
- ✓The hiring employer for this position does not evaluate degrees from foreign colleges or universities.
