The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Office Manager and lead facilitator across Joint Special Operations University-Enlisted Academy (JSOU-EA). Advises Enlisted Academy staff and faculty on academic administrative and management support and coordinate programs and proposes options and alternatives representing the JSOU-EA.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the JSOU-EA primary administrative technician with responsibility for planning, developing, and execution of the office's administrative programs and policy.
- →Serves as the Office Manager for academic support.
- →Interprets and supports the administrative policies relating to U.S.
- →Conventional, and international and interagency student participation.
- →Serves as the principal administrative gatekeeper of automated and non-automated information management systems to facilitate organizational administrative programs.
- →Schedules, tracks, and maintains communication with outside venue points of contacts.
- →Serves as the JSOU-EA organizational conference coordinator.
- →Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that Classified National Information Protection security disciplines are fully covered from a policy and programmatic viewpoint to ensure overall information protection requirements meet mission requirements.
