The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Executive Services Specialist, performing various administrative duties in support of the Group. The Group Commander has overall management responsibility for the function and activities of the Group.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the executive advisor on programs and initiatives within the group Plans and organizes executive support services, functions, and activities.
- →Performs studies to determine mission support requirements.
- →Performs a variety of studies relating to management of various programs, both in general evaluation of program effectiveness and in reply to requirements imposed by higher headquarters.
- →Serves as focal point for and provides quality control review of civilian and military personnel management activities including training, performance appraisals, awards and decorations and other related areas.
- →Maintains supervisor's calendar, coordinates meeting arrangements, and schedules meetings and/or conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office.
- →Independently notes and follows up on commitments made at meetings and conferences by staff members.
- →Receives telephone calls, greets visitors, and ascertains the nature of the calls or visits, screening those that can be handled without supervisor's help
