About the Position: This position serves as the Executive Assistant, and principal civilian assistant to the Commander of the Portland District. Work consists of interpreting, developing, and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of policies, programs, and regulations for the District.
What You'll Do
- →Advise and assist in the formulation and execution of executive policies and administrative programs.
- →Build relationships that enhance stakeholder trust in reliability of the missions.
- →Serve as the District Protocol Official.
- →Serve on committees, boards, and project delivery teams.
- →Review all executive level correspondence.
- →Provide continuity regarding policies and procedures.
- →Supervise administrative personnel assigned to the executive office.
