The primary purpose of this position is: Air Force Services Agency (AFSVA) focal point at a MAJCOM directs, plans, organizes, and oversees the Services' program for the MAJCOM. Responsible for formulating program goals, plans, and policies for the Services' mission at the MAJCOM.
What You'll Do
- →Provides oversight and direction on Service's program; plans, formulates, interprets, and implements policies and procedures to provide mission-impacting quality of life services.
- →Plans and develops advisory and support services for the command-wide mission. 2.
- →Represents Service's with a variety of installation and functional area of organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of high level offices. 3.
- →Represents the organization on working groups; steering groups; or other meetings, conferences, seminars, and promotes interchange of information on requirements, capabilities, deficiencies, and technology applications of specialization. 4.
- →Analyze current projected financial condition of bases throughout the command and evaluates their capability to meet the Services' mission. 5.
- →Provides financial oversight and administration of the Services appropriated and non appropriated fund budget, reviewing, and advocating multi-million dollar NAF construction projects, managing long-term studies for facility implementation projects.
