You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the OFFICE OF CHIEF OF STAFF (N02), COMMAND DEPUTY EEO OFFICE (N02E) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform the full range of specialized technical functions associated with the EEO program.
- →You will receive aggrieved employees and applicants, requests for filing informal and formal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints.
- →You will provide guidance to EEO Counselors in pre-complaint inquiries and the establish Alternative Dispute Resolution process.
- →You will analyze and evaluate data which uncovers, examines and removes barriers to equal participation at all levels of the workforce.
- →You will work with HR and Legal in order to receive valid date for compliance assessments.
