You will serve as an Engineering Technician in the T and E Management for Programs and Ops (TEMPO), NTWL Resources and Operations Division, Resources and Operations Branch of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide coordination for the complete instrumentation systems within the assigned Squadron by advising contractors on approved instrumentation methods and procedures and perform research and tests to develop new measurement techniques.
- →You will direct the work of engineers and other technicians assigned to the installation team and coordinates efforts of the various shops and laboratories.
- →You will keep abreast of the latest engineering technological advances as well as state-of-the-art applications pertinent to the development of new products in the aircraft instrumentation field.
- →You will advise others within the instrumentation community (both contractor and government) on how to assimilate advanced technologies.
- →You will coordinate project planning with program sponsors from engineering competencies to limit cost and aircraft downtime.
