This position is located in the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD). The Emergency Management Specialist serves as the central point of coordination for all matters of emergency preparedness and mission assurance for the Directorate. As the senior program manager, the incumbent orchestrates the FSD's multifaceted Emergency Management Program.

- →Develops, manages, and executes the comprehensive COOP program.
- →Serves as a certified Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), performing technical oversight of contracts supporting the emergency management program.
