You will serve as an Education Technician in the College of Distance Education, Naval Postgraduate School of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
What You'll Do
- →You will ensure all course materials are delivered to all faculty and students.
- →You will update course curriculum as need with last minute inputs or deletions.
- →You will advise faculty of possible conflicts and make the required revisions to calendars when conflicts occur.
- →You will monitor the Cost Center Budget, advising the Associate Dean of the budget status and recommendations.
- →You will approve travel and will assist with questions when others are not available.
- →You will use various of Microsoft Office applications.
- →You will manage the assignment of students to seminars.
- →You will manage student grades in a student information system to ensure that graduation requirements are completed and recorded.
