You will serve as an EDUCATION SPECIALIST in the INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS OFFICE of NAVAL ACADEMY. Salary Range GS-09: $70,623-$91,815 GS-07: $57,736-$75,059
What You'll Do
- →You will develop, coordinate, and manage international education programs, including study abroad, semester exchange, language immersion, and other global engagement opportunities for the U.S.
- →Naval Academy midshipmen, faculty, and staff.
- →You will coordinate with faculty, academic advisors, military and civilian organizations, and partner institutions to support participant selection, academic requirements, travel planning, security requirements, and successful program execution.
- →You will plan and coordinate international visits, conferences, seminars, distinguished visitor engagements, and other special projects supporting the U.S.
- →Naval Academy's international mission.
- →You will develop reports, briefing materials, surveys, and program assessments; analyze data and prepare recommendations to support leadership decision-making and continuous program improvement.
- →You will manage USNA international education programs.
- →You will coordinate academic requirements, travel, logistics (DTS, JTR, FCG, passports/visas), and budgets.
- →You will liaise with global partners, handle administrative issues, and deliver data-driven program reports.
