This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain personnel of the DoW Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located with the US Army Forces Command, Holistic Health and Fitness Human Performance Team, Fort Sill, OK
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for an Army brigade sized unit.
- →Deliver individual, group, and unit nutrition services and education to optimize Soldier performance, overall unit readiness, and mission success.
- →Work with an interdisciplinary team to communicate and coordinate programming appropriate to the needs of health and injured Soldiers.
- →Conduct assessments to identify nutrition-related concerns of individuals and units.
- →Develop comprehensive performance nutrition programs that improve foundational health and optimize environmental and task-specific performance.
- →Execute and evaluate programs, services, education, and resources for performance enhancement.
