About the Position: This position is located in the AMC Womack, Directorate of Clinical Support, Nutrition Care, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Incumbent will assist the dietitian in carrying out the dietary functions involved in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nutritional needs for short- and long-term patient. Tour of Duty Hours: Rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. 1st Shift 0430-1300,2nd Shift 0930-1800 This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Plan patient's menu, modifying diet for patients from diet plan.
- →Adjust quantities of nourishments in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- →Assist the dietitian in nutritional screening and assessment of patients needs by securing and evaluating diet histories.
- →Provide dietary instructions to patient prior to discharge.
- →Provide instructions to patients on menu selection procedures, and their prescribed diet order.
- →Perform office automation duties using a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and record data.
