You will serve as a DEPUTY PROGRAM DIRECTOR in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will supervise or lead a team by assigning and directing work, monitoring performance, establishing priorities and adjusting workload.
- →You will develop implementation plans that consider personnel, budget, manpower, and other management requirements.
- →You will adjust plans and operations to account for shortfalls in budget, manpower, or other resources.
- →You will advise managers on funding allocations and realignment of resources during an execution year.
- →You will develop strategic business policies to ensure effective operation of human capital management procedures and processes.
- →You will develop written reports to address manpower budget status, imbalances, or deficiencies.
