The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Communication Squadron Director. This position plans, organizes, and manages the activities and support services of the organization. Incumbent makes technical and executive decisions for the squadron in all areas of functional responsibility.
What You'll Do
- →Directs, plans, organizes, and manages the programs and activities of the Communications Squadron. 2.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3.
- →Makes a periodic, comprehensive assessment and evaluation of program goals/objectives which provide a basis for long and short-range planning to enhance the organization's support capabilities. 4.
- →Represents the Communications Squadron in a variety of installation and functional area activities.
