About the Role
About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic Quantico Resource Management Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
What You'll Do
- →Perform specialized cleanings with/without anesthetics.
- →Administer topical/local anesthesia and subgingival antibiotics.
- →Clean, sharpen, sterilize instruments; follow infection control protocols.
- →Conduct general oral exams.
- →Perform radiographs on patients.
- →Interpret diagnostic X rays.
- →Maintain dental records.
- →Manages appointment system.
- →Performs administrative duties using automated systems.
