About the Position: This position is located at 88TH MDG Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Expose intra-oral and extra-oral digital dental radiographs in accordance with accepted radiation safety standards.
- →Perform chairside dental assistant duties.
- →Assist dentist in providing patient treatment.
- →Chart and record in the dental health record, examination, and treatment information as relayed by the dentist.
- →Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and re-circulate dental instruments.
- →Properly store and maintain adequate dental treatment room supply levels.
- →Prepare materials for making initial impressions and restoring defective teeth.
