About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital, Fort Polk, LA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates whore are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Perform inter-oral procedures such as take preliminary impressions for study models, remove sutures, and place and remove rubber dams, perio-packs and matrix bands and wedges.
- →Instruct patient in proper dental techniques, care of appliances, and causes of dental decay.
- →Operate dental X-ray equipment to take intra and extra-oral radiographs.
- →Obtain and record related medical history of patient and route patient for medical tests and services.
- →Maintain dental equipment in a clean and operative condition as well as store and maintain adequate levels of supplies.
