This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Security, Facilities and Logistics Operations (OSFLO). As a Customer Support Specialist, GS-0301-9/11, you will support a variety of operational functions for the agency, focusing on facilities, site services, and dedicated customer support.
What You'll Do
- →Direct agency-wide site services and transit programs using automated systems to ensure all facility operations and commuter activities meets agency goals.
- →Manage agency equipment and supplies by tracking inventory and coordinating the effective of services.
- →Advise leadership on program rules and government regulations while developing formal staff guides to ensure all agency activities.
- →Provide to customers to resolve complex service issues using data-driven feedback to modernize and improve the agency’s support programs.
- →Oversee service contracts and vendor performance to ensure efficiency for all agency-wide maintenance and support projects.
