This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent serves as the Curriculum Operations and Support Specialist, in the Military Cilvilian Transition Office (MCTO) within the Defense Support Services Center (DSSC). Manages assigned functional courses and oversees curriculum development tasks delegated to civilian, contracted, and military course or lessons authors or editors.
What You'll Do
- →Ensures evolving changes in TAP, SkillBridge and YRRP are incorporated into the curriculum and synchronous with MCTO mission and objectives.
- →Participates as a key leader in DoD curriculum activities and initiatives in cooperation with other DoD and partner agencies.
- →Leads interagency teams and oversees participation in initiatives with DoD Component offices, inter-agencies, and contractors, as required.
- →Establishes guidelines and policy for measuring achievement of instructional objectives.
- →Coordinates the design, development, assessment and revision of all TAP, SkillBridge and YRRP curriculum to include being a key subject matter expert in the interagency curriculum development, including curriculum from VA, DOL, SBA, and OPM.

- ✓Department of Education accredited colleges, universities, schools, or institutions listing your name, the name of the school, the date and degree awarded, and the list of classes and credits earned are acceptable for the application process.
- ✓If selected, official transcripts are required before a firm job offer is made.
- ✓A photocopy of your degree/diploma is not acceptable.
- ✓When relying on foreign education, submit transcripts and a copy of the equivalency evaluation results letter with a course-by-course listing.
- ✓Documents must be in English or include an English translation.
- ✓The hiring employer for this position does not evaluate degrees from foreign colleges or universities.
