Serves as a Professional Mental Health Counselor (LMHPC) in the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP) located at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin GA. The CORE LMHPC primarily provides Clinical Case Management, New Admission Orientation and Discharge Planning for Veteran Residents in the MHRRTP. The CORE LMHPC will provide secondary support for Psychotherapy (Individual and Group).
What You'll Do
- →ENRICHING ELEMENTS Other Significant Responsibilities (5% time) A.
- →Serves on mental health committees or task force.
- →Represents the Medical Center at professional/program community group/events and committees.
- →Participated in ongoing performance improvements initiatives.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
- →Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Compressed tours can be discussed after a successful 90-day evaluation Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
