What You'll Do
- →Provides consultative support and completes all COR activities for assigned DFAS support contracts.
- →Develops and maintains a process for notifying the contractor officer of vendor issues relayed from the customer regarding unsatisfactory service or products.
- →Monitors the coordination of work between the customer and the contractor and takes necessary steps to resolve any problems.
- →Provides contract personnel with interpretation and explanation of specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions as they relate to the contract in coordination with the contracting officer.
- →Performs quality assurance surveillance and physical inspections.
- →Ensures compliance with contracts as written in the PWS/SOW/Acquisition Strategy.
- →Assists with the planning and development of a DFAS Acquisitions Knowledge repository for acquisition based guides, templates, and instructions on preparing required contracting documents.
- →Prepares, reviews, investigates, analyzes, evaluates , and submits contractor invoices and accruals in the appropriate system for approval.

- ✓SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR GS-12: Education Is Not Substitutable For Specialized Experience At The GS-12 Grade Level.
