What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for enforcement of all technical and administrative provisions of assigned construction contracts.
- →You will participate in pre-award contract meetings such as Functional Analysis Concept Development (FACDs) meetings and constructability reviews.
- →You will coordinate post-award contract meetings (as applicable), preconstruction conferences, (informal or formal) partnering meetings, schedule acceptance meeting, design review meetings (as applicable), LEED coordination meetings (as applicable), You will manage the contractor Requests for Information (RFls) and ensure timely responses.
- →You will be the technical representative in matters involving contract modifications and claims.
- →You will prepare or coordinate the preparation of an independent government estimate (IGE) if contractor entitlement exceeds the Simplified Acquisition Threshold amount.
- →You will review, for technical accuracy, statements of work and requests for proposals or quotations.
