This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs, San Juan Regional Office (RO), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Operations Center, which is a remote Veterans Service Center. Due to high volume of applicants, the first 75 applicants will receive first consideration. Additional applicants, beyond the first 75, may be considered, upon management 's request. Due to high volume of applicants, not all applicants will be considered.
What You'll Do
- →Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Review all Congressional, White House, Secretary, Office of the Director, Veterans Service Center, and other special inquires received by letter, fax, email, and/or telephone.
- →Respond to all inquiries by telephone or in writing on behalf of the Director of the Regional Office.
- →Research and analyze inquires to determine the correct course of action and priority.
- →Communicate with congressional constituents to provide information pertaining to services and benefits available to Veterans.
- →Conduct briefings and training sessions for congressional staff on VBA benefits.
- →Represent the Regional Office at events and may serve as guest speaker/panelist.
- →Ensure properly documented, controlled, and timely workload.
- →Prepare reports in accordance with established priorities.

- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Compressed/Flexible: Not Available Telework: Not applicable.
