The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of administrative support for the Child Development Center, such as; personally providing a variety of specialized clerical and office automation support interfacing with families from all branches of the military and their civilian support population and others.
What You'll Do
- →Utilizes office automation software to perform basic functions such as payroll, work processing, electronic mail and electronic records management.
- →Financial and cash accounting.
- →Monitors activity rooms, hallways, and other areas through video surveillance cameras.
- →Establishes updates and maintains office records.
- →Provides customer service to patron population that consists of members of all four branches of the Armed Forces and their civilian counterparts, their children, and others.
