The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Child and Youth Programs Clerk, assisting in the day to day clerical operations using multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents to provide administrative and clerical support for child development programs of the Child Development Center.
What You'll Do
- →Performs and oversees the clerical and administrative duties of the Child and Youth Programs.
- →Monitors and manages the reception desk.
- →Provides customer service to patrons.
- →Assists with the programs' daily financial collection procedures, reporting requirements and deposits.
- →Maintains and manages the programs waitlist.
- →Serves as a point of contact (POC) for enrollment, monitoring the on- line waiting list through the Military Child Care (MCC) website.
