The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Child and Youth Programs Clerk, assisting in the day-to-day clerical operations using multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents to provide administrative and clerical support for child development programs of the Child Development Center.
What You'll Do
- →Performs clerical and administrative support of the office/organization using varied functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents and formats, to include but is not limited to childcare enrollment/registrations, childcare services, file maintenance, immunizations, payments/fees, waiting list, and nutrition services.
- →Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- →Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives.
- →Receives telephone calls and greet visitors.
- →Establishes, updates, and maintains office records of various types.
