The incumbent serves as the agency's senior executive responsible for integrated resource management, providing enterprise leadership and strategic direction for agency financial management, budget formulation and execution, human capital, and procurement.
What You'll Do
- →Leads financial governance and accountability frameworks to ensure DNFSB resources are aligned to mission priorities, including the choice and oversight of accounting and financial management systems; Ensures that statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements are met; and that the agency's risk posture and financial audit readiness are continuously strengthened.
- →Provides strategic direction and operational oversight across all human capital functions.
- →Leads enterprise modernization initiatives that improve how DNFSB manages resources and delivers mission support.
- →Leads end-to-end budget lifecycle and serves as the senior executive for resource advocacy and accountability.
- →Maintains a high-performing, compliant, and auditable financial management program.
Requirements
- ✓US Citizenship is required.
- ✓Suitable for Federal employment, determined by background investigation.
